Kimchi stew is one of the most popular stews in Korean cuisine. It’s a hearty, spicy, savoury, and delicious dish that almost everyone enjoys. I’ve never met anyone who didn’t like kimchi-jjigae as long as they can handle spicy food.
A traditional Korean dish called kimbap is composed with cooked rice and various meat, seafood, and/or vegetable items that are then wrapped in dried seaweed sheets called gim and served in bite-sized slices.
